film completo sicko michael moore italiano - Sicko è il titolo inglese di un film di Michael Moore ha debuttato il 29 giugno 2007. Il film si concentra sul sistema sanitario degli Stati Uniti d'America, con l'accento sulla critica delle grandi aziende assicurative di assistenza sanitaria degli Stati Uniti. http://www.shortempire.com
Attraverso il suo blog, Moore ha chiesto di inviare "storie dell'orrore sulla salute pubblica" a coloro che avevano sofferto in prima persona le carenze del sistema sanitario degli Stati Uniti.
Sicko si propone principalmente una riflessione sulla natura del sistema e chiama il popolo americano in prima persona a chiedere cambiamenti politici per portare il sistema più vicino all' universale sistema sanitario gratuito di cui godono gli altri paesi indicati nel film: Francia, Canada, Regno Unito e Cuba.
Intervistato sul suo film, Moore disse: "Se la gente chiede, digli che Sicko è una commedia di circa 45 milioni di persone senza l'assistenza al servizio sanitario pubblico nel paese più ricco della terra."
In una parte del film, Michael Moore visita il centro di detenzione di Guantanamo con un gruppo di persone che si sono ammalate durante le operazioni di soccorso dopo gli attentati dell'11 settembre 2001, per usufruire dello stesso trattamento che i prigionieri (supposti terroristi) ricevono. Dato il rifiuto delle autorità statunitensi, il gruppo cerca l'aiuto nel sistema sanitario cubano, che fornisce loro aiuto e assistenza a differenza del loro paese (stati uniti n.d.r.).
